About Me

I live with my husband and three children on the Isle of Lismore, a little island off the west coast of Scotland.  We also have 2 crazy working Cocker Spaniels, 2 insane cats, a relatively sensible fish, 7 hens and 2 cockerels (all of dubious sanity). 

I am a fluent Gaelic speaker and am passionate about all things to do with Gaelic language and culture...and I'm quite keen on horses too! 

I'm currently working in Seahorse, a family-run Not on the High Street business...do come and visit us here!

In my spare time, I'm slightly obsessed with photography.

Tha mi air ais!/ I'm back!

Mhothaich mi an-diugh nach d' fhuair mi cothrom sgrìobhadh an seo airson ùine gu math fada.  Mar sin, nì mi geàrr chunntas air choireigin dhe na thachair sna seachdainean a dh'fhalbh. 30 Bliadhna/ 30 years

Tha e doirbh a chreidsinn gu bheil 30 bliadhna air a dhol seachad an-dèidh bàs mo sheanmhar. Bidh sinn uile ga h-ionndrainn gu bràth. Cuimhneachain prìseil ged-tà. It’s hard to believe that 30 years have passed since my Gran’s death.  We’ll always miss her. Precious memories though.
